The following day, the 5th of July, we went on a hike up to Boulder lake. It was beautiful and reminded me of Oregon. Apparently, Idaho is stunningly beautiful for the most part, but everyone decided to populate the southwest of Idaho, which is the ugly part:( Well, that's not fair, it's all in the eye of the beholder, my eyes are used to beholding Central Oregon, so I still need a bit more time to adjust:)

There were many little streams and babbling brooks fortelling of the water above us
And then, BAM!, there it is. So breathtaking, literally, the hike was a little steep, but well worth it!

Small world, we found friends from Nampa on our way back down. Hooray for friends!
Beautiful wildflowers were our scenery on the way home. Oh McCall, I love you and I will dome back to you someday.
